Claudia is both deeply and broadly experienced in the field of career counseling. In 20 years in the field, she has provided one-on-one and group services to "at risk" youth (ages 14-21), to adults striving to leave public assistance programs, and, most recently, to dislocated workers who have been laid off from their jobs.
Claudia works part-time for Prototype Career Service as a job search and career strategist. A member of several national and local career counseling associations, she is certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator and holds a Bachelor's degree in Career and Life Planning at Metropolitan State University.
As a Career Specialist, Dave's mission in life is to help others find theirs, while motivating them to move forward to reach their goals. He connects easily with others and has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including university students and laid-off workers in transition.
At Prototype Career Service, Dave works with clients, oversees operations and marketing, leads workshops, and coordinates new business development.
In addition to previous positions with HIRED in St. Paul, and with the University of Northwestern Center for Calling and Career, his career path has included property management and self employment. Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bethel University and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University.
