Process

Each session is developed around your needs. You will meet with your counselor in a session of one to two hours, with an emphasis on developing an action plan to move you closer to your goals. Some of our clients are satisfied with one meeting and others choose to work closely with their counselor for the duration of their transition. By the way, we are located in St. Paul, Minnesota - if distance is an issue, we will gladly conduct our sessions with you over the phone, using our toll-free number.

Fees

A Prototype counseling session costs $120 per hour. We recommend that you set aside two hours for the first session. There are no pre-packaged rates, so you may choose to work with your counselor for just one session or for several. Payment can be made by check, cash, Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
